I Didn't Start Behind a Camera. I Started Behind a Desk.
For years, I worked in logistics. Good money, stable work — and zero connection to what I actually cared about.
I was always drawn to great advertising. The kind of visual that stops you mid-scroll, makes you feel something, and sells without feeling like a sell. I didn't know I could make those. Until I picked up a camera.
It started with stock photography — learning light, composition, and what makes an image work. Then clients found me. Then real estate. Then video was the obvious next step. And then came the drone.
The drone changed everything.
There's nothing like seeing the world from above — the scale, the perspective, the cinematic quality you simply can't get from the ground. I fly FPV drones for raw, immersive footage, and stabilized rigs for polished commercial work. I hold a Transport Canada RPAS Advanced certification, which means I operate legally and safely anywhere in Canada — including controlled airspace.
Who I've Worked With
Before landing in Winnipeg, I built my career in Ukraine — founding a video production company and a digital marketing agency from the ground up. After moving to Canada, I spent 3 years on the marketing team at FXR Racing, one of Canada's top powersports brands — working from the inside of a real marketing operation, understanding what it takes for visuals to actually perform, not just look good. I've also produced content for Turkish Airlines and brands across multiple industries.
That background is what separates Lazor Production from a typical camera-for-hire service. I don't just show up and shoot — I think in campaigns, conversions, and brand perception.
